wow. what a series! Me and my wife want to start yoga...your series has been most informative. Its hard to imagine me ever being able to do this though!

@Duncan Galbraith: It's always more difficult for a man, because they are not as flexible as woman but at the other hand man have more muscle power. But yoga is not about what you can, but how it feels. And it feels GREAT! I started doing normal classes and ending up doing a teachers training course. I'm hooked!

First I thought she was dancing (thumbnail) - but now ... wow! That's what I call strong muscles and concentration (and will). :O You can see how the whole body is strained. Very good shot!
